Product description

FERMACELL leveling ballast is a mineral concrete granulate, used to compensate for uneven floors in old and new buildings, and its special physical properties enable versatile use. This material makes it possible to create structures with excellent sound and heat insulation as well as fire protection, and thanks to the porous surface, the ballast adheres well and thus ensures high strength.
