Product description

Knauf Fiber-reinforced adhesive is a precise combination of cement, mineral fillers, modifiers and 2 types of reinforcing fibers. In this way it works for fixing and gluing the entire surface of insulation boards made of mineral wool and polystyrene. The adhesive structure after setting ensures the best technical and functional parameters, both during the application of the product and the building's many years of operation.

KNAUF KZW 700 is a mortar in the form of reinforced glue, suitable for foam insulation boards and mineral wool boards in order to:

1. Effective fixing of thermal insulation boards with disturbed fiber arrangement and perpendicular to the fixing surface
2. Implementation of the putty layer reinforced with fiberglass mesh

Basic use: as a mortar for gluing EPS foam boards and facade wool.

It is enough to combine the mortar with water to obtain the right consistency and properties (adhesion, flexibility, etc.). Then it is suitable for manual and machine application. The adhesive for mortar maintains high resistance to wind and sun, and after making the reinforcing layer is resistant to frost and cracks. The setting and hardening time of the mortar is short, which speeds up the entire insulation system.
