APPLICATION

Knauf VERMIPLASTER® has been specially developed to provide passive fire protection for building components inside buildings. Its task is to protect the load-bearing capacity of its structural elements in the event of a fire so that it is preserved until the building is evacuated.

The following components in accordance with ETAG 018-3 are protected:

• steel posts and beams
• concrete poles and beams
• concrete ceilings and walls
• trapezoidal sheet as lost formwork
