Product description

High performance cementless mortar, based on hydraulic lime and ecological pozzolana, especially recommended as a plaster layer or a layer reinforcing a brick or stone masonry structure.

Mixing ratio: 100 parts MAPE-ANTIQUE STRUTTURALE NHL with 16-17 parts of water (4-4.25 l of water for each bag of product).
Fresh mix porosity: 7%.
Water vapor permeability factor: 60 µ.
Maximum usage time: about 1 hour
Minimum layer thickness: 10 mm.
Maximum thickness of one layer: 40 mm.
Application: by trowel or machine.
Storage: 12 months
Consumption: approx. 13 kg / m2 per 10 mm thick layer.
Packaging: 25 kg bags.
