Welded asphalt roofing felt UNI STANDARD G200 S40 is made on the basis of glass fabric. Bitumen modified with SBS elastomer. The top side covered with fine-grained mineral sprinkles, the bottom side protected with plastic film. For use as a primer in multilayer roofing. It is not intended for roofing for plant cultivation
Roofing felt UNI STANDARD G200 S40 should be fastened to the base mechanically or by welding. For mechanical assembly, fasteners should be evenly spaced along the roofing felt plant in the quantities specified in the design. After fastening with fasteners to the ground, thorough welding of the plant should be carried out in order to obtain a tight waterproof coating. If the installation is done by welding, the ribbon should be welded to the substrate over the entire surface. Both the concrete base and the old roofing covering should be primed with a priming solution, e.g. Abizol R. In each case, roofing felt should be laid with a longitudinal overlap of about 8cm and a transverse overlap of about 12cm. The outflow of coating mass with a width of approx. 1 cm indicates that the roofing felt has been properly welded. Papa should be laid at a temperature above + 5oC, on a dry surface. In the case of low ambient temperatures, the roofing felt should be stored in heated rooms (approx. + 20oC) and carried out on the roof immediately before installation.
