UNI STANDARD PYE PV250 S52V weldable asphalt roofing paper is made on the basis of polyester non-woven fabric. Bitumen modified with SBS elastomer. The top side covered with coarse mineral sprinkles, the bottom side protected with plastic film. For use as a top layer in multilayer roofing. It is not intended for roofing for plant cultivation.
Roofing felt UNI STANDARD PYE PV250 S52V should be attached to the underfelt by welding over the entire surface, with an overlapping approx. 8 cm and a transverse overlap of approx. 12 cm. The outflow of coating mass, about 1 cm wide, indicates that the roofing felt is properly welded. The roofing felt should be laid at a temperature above + 5oC, on a dry surface. In the case of low ambient temperatures, the roofing felt should be stored in heated rooms (approx. + 20oC) and carried out on the roof immediately before installation.
