Construction floats are a group of construction tools intended for grinding, smoothing, application and blending of plasters, coats, mortars and adhesives.
Smooth trowels with a metal top are suitable for applying smooth plasters, e.g. gypsum, adhesives (carpet, non-woven, cork floors, foamed polystyrene insulation). In the assortment with a stainless steel top with a 2-component handle and a wooden handle.
Toothed trowels are used to apply and spread adhesives under floor and wall coverings, as well as tiles and tiles. Teeth sizes 6 x 6, 8 x 8 or 10 x 10 mm depend on the size of the tiles and tiles. Size 6 x 6 for smaller tiles and 10 x 10 for large tiles with side lengths over 30 cm.
Trowels with a sponge base or special rubbers are used for tiling, they can also be used for plastering work.
The floats are manufactured in accordance with DIN 6440, DIN 6441, DIN 6397 and DIN 7253.
Stainless steel 4310 stainless steel floats are used to make stainless steel floats. Plastic floats are made of ABS (amorphous material with high impact strength, hardness and scratch resistance).
