Soudal's glass silicone is acid-hardening silicone, intended for glass repairs in traditional wooden and metal windows. It is commonly used for renovating windows (both wooden and metal), window glazing (sealing between a frame made of raw wood or painted with alkyd paints and glass) and for pointing construction and finishing materials. Glass silicone can also be used, among others for grouting ceramic tiles and making flexible joints in metal constructions, in the automotive or boatbuilding industry.

Properties of glass silicone :

• Excellent adhesion to "window" substrates - glass, raw wood and oil-painted wood and many metals, as well as to typical building materials - concrete, brick, ceramics and enamelled surfaces
• Resistant to fading
• After curing - permanently elastic and resistant to all weather conditions
