Ceresit CT 84 polyurethane adhesive is intended for fixing foamed polystyrene boards used in complex building wall insulation systems (ETICS). The product is used for fixing foamed polystyrene panels both when insulating new buildings and when performing thermorenovation. As soon as 2 hours after application, the attached foamed polystyrene boards can be subjected to grinding and doweling, and reinforced with mesh using Ceresit CT 85, 87 or ZU mortar. Ceresit CT 84 polyurethane adhesive is also suitable for attaching EPS and XPS foam and mineral wool to various substrates: wood, OSB, glass, bitumen, concrete, ceramic brick, sheet metal, cellular concrete and plasterboard. It can also be used to glue foamed polystyrene boards and mineral wool both under normal conditions and at reduced temperatures, including thermal insulation systems.
