Ready-to-use, solvent-based impregnation for protecting wood outside. Designed for painting elements such as: wooden facades, window frames, external doors, wooden fences, sheds, gazebos, wooden houses, terraces, patios, shutters, handrails, etc. The product is recommended as a primer.

TIKKURILA VALTTI SUPER GUARD is a solvent-based wood protection agent for external use to protect against fungi that break down wood and secondary blue stain fungi and technical insects with wood pests. Used for wood not in contact with soil as well as surface and ground water. The product can only be used for wood intended for use in use classes 2 or 3, i.e. outdoors.
It should not be used to paint wood intended for contact with food or feed and intended for long contact with the skin. At + 23 ° C, 50% relative humidity, applying the next layer after a few hours, depending on the absorbency of the substrate and atmospheric conditions. The total drying time is 24 hours (24 hours after the coating has dried in natural conditions, it is allowed to overcoat the top coat). Low temperature, increased humidity and the nature of some wooden surfaces can cause longer drying time.
