Mortars intended for gluing insulated boards of expanded polystyrene (expanded and extruded) to the base and making a layer reinforced with a glass fiber mesh in KABE THERM * thermal insulation systems. They are also used for leveling (unevenness up to 5 mm) and smoothing mineral substrates before applying paints and thin-layer plasters. For use on all common mineral substrates (i.e. concrete, cellular concrete, cement plaster, cement-lime plaster, sandstone and on raw surfaces made of bricks, blocks, hollow bricks and other ceramic or lime-sand materials of this type) as well as on substrates coated with a good adhering coat of facade paint or thin-layer plaster. Mortars are used for insulating external walls of buildings in the technology of seamless thermal insulation system - BSO. *) when using the product in a thermal insulation system, the manufacturer provides a warranty only if all components of the KABE THERM, KABE THERM NV or KABE THERM SM systems are used.
