Description:

Cerasit CX 20 COMFORT mortar is characterized by extremely optimal and comfortable wear time (20 min), thanks to which it can be widely used. Can be used for:

- assembly of metal and plastic elements (hooks, connectors, anchors, hinges, electrical boxes and boxes, strips and installation elements) on concrete substrates and walls. When installing heavy components or filling large cavities, temporary stabilization may be required.

- filling cracks and cavities up to 50 mm found in walls and plasters, both in wall and ceiling elements as well as floors. For large cavities, it is recommended to use CX 20 mixed with sand in a 1: 1 ratio.

- reconstruction of concrete elements and plasters (edges of stairs and walls). CX 20 COMFORT mortar is frost and waterproof - so it can be successfully used both indoors and outdoors. The product can also be used to fill small defects in plasters and concrete.

Ceresit CX 20 COMFORT does not contribute to chloride corrosion of metal components. When locally sealing concrete structures and stopping water leaks, use Ceresit CX 5 mortar or CX 1 instant cement. When installing machines and heavy structures, it is recommended to use Ceresit CX 15 mortar. For waterproofing tank interiors, it is recommended to use watertight mortars, such as Ceresit CR 65 or CR 166. When installing stone elements susceptible to discoloration, a test must be performed in advance to show that the mortar will not discolor the material.
