OSB3 Board by Kronospan – 2500 x 625 mm, 22 mm thick (T&G)
OSB (Oriented Strand Board) is the most popular wood-based panel used in construction. This OSB3 board comes from Kronospan — one of the largest wood-based panel manufacturers in Europe — and is available at the Mal-Drew building materials wholesaler.
The panel is made of flat wood strands arranged in three layers and pressed under high temperature and pressure with synthetic, formaldehyde-free resins as a binder. This results in very low VOC emissions and an E1 formaldehyde emission class. The tongue & groove edge allows panels to interlock without extra support at the joints.
